Rev. Festus Fobi is the District Minister of Palermo District (Palermo, Comiso) and the resident minister of the COP in Palermo, a city and capital of the Island region of Sicily in southern Italy. Married to Mrs. Sandra O. Fobi, they have three children: Marlydia, Lois and Emmanuela.
